Currently under construction, The Ashford of Berkshire will bring Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and short-term Respite Care together under one roof in a vibrant new community.

The Ashford of Berkshire will span just under 96,000 square feet. Independent and Assisted Living will occupy the three-story portion of the community, while Memory Care will have its own connected, one-story wing.
The community will include 20 studio suites, 62 one- and two-bedroom residences and room for 32 Memory Care residents.
Other planned features and amenities include:
- Dining lounge with a full-service kitchen
- Landscaped courtyard
- Fitness and rehabilitation center with space for physical therapy
- Full-service salon
- Library
- Monthly activity calendar, from exercise classes and outings to movie nights and happy hours
A Continuum of Support
The Ashford of Berkshire will offer tiered living options with a focus on meeting residents where they are in their care needs:
Independent Living: This tier of senior living eliminates the stress of household maintenance while bringing everyday conveniences to you. Independent Living allows you to enjoy community life with as many or as few social activities as you like.
Assisted Living: Tailored to seniors requiring additional support, Assisted Living helps you or a loved one live as independently as possible. It combines comfortable living space, personal care and health services.
Memory Care: For those with Alzheimer’s and other dementias, Memory Care offers a secure, structured environment with regular meals, personalized care and meaningful activities that support residents in their daily routines.
Respite Care: With stays starting at two weeks, Respite Care offers a comfortable place to recover after an illness or surgery. If you’re a caregiver, it gives you time to recharge while knowing your loved one is supported. It can also serve as a trial stay, allowing you or a loved one to experience firsthand everything senior living has to offer.
Connected to Sunbury and Central Ohio
The Ashford of Berkshire is rooted in the community of Sunbury and Berkshire Township, near Tanger Outlets Columbus and the Interstate 71 and U.S. Route 36/State Route 37 corridor.
Residents will have easy access to shopping, dining, parks, walking trails and destinations throughout Delaware County and across Greater Columbus.
